The Web We Weave: Web Sites in the World of Branding

A Web site is one of the most important elements of creating a solid brand, image and identity for any company. When a new client comes to Design At Work, one of the first 'jobs' we tackle is designing a Web site to accompany the client's new branding campaign. Why? Because a Web site is a company's marketing 'bread and butter;' it's the Mecca of information that can drive a company's image and its sales.

In concurrence with the launch of Design At Work's new campaign 'Grow Your Baby,' we revealed our new Web site featuring the branding elements of the new campaign. From Kirby the mascot to toddler inspired text to DAW team baby photos, we made the
'Grow Your Baby' brand come alive in e-form.

That's why a well-planned, well-designed site is so imperative for a campaign to succeed. It's where a company comes to life. A Web site is one of the first impressions a potential client or customer has of your business. It's where a client goes to learn more about what you can offer them. It can also be a deciding factor in giving you their business. While also being the first impression, a Web site must also leave a lasting impression. Great design, ease-of-use and relevant information are all parts of an effective Web site.

Whether babies, burritos or buildings, a great Web site can make a huge difference in the way your company is perceived, and ultimately how your company succeeds.
Client Spotlight: HBL Architects

A Defining Image

Great architecture leaves a lasting impression by defining communities and sheltering families. HBL Architects' new message, 'legacy of landmarks,' captures that spirit. From the initial feasibility study to the final master plan design, HBL helps clients plan buildings and cityscapes that will leave a legacy for years to come.
