A locally-owned chain of Hallmark stores was looking to expand their brand to educate customers that they’re about more than greeting cards.
After 15 years of business in the greater Houston metro area, Rachael’s Gifts wanted to grow their image to encompass more than just Hallmark products. After all, the chain of 14 stores sells much more than cards and wrapping paper! To create a brand that fully embraced all the products carried at Rachael’s, Design At Work hit the ground running on a new website aimed at showing customers everything Rachael’s has to offer: gifts, home accents, jewelry, fashion and, of course, cards.
In addition their new website, Design At Work also launched social media campaigns through new and familiar channels to grow their online following and promote in-store sales. A new logo, advertisements and new in-store collateral for announcing promotions, discounts and sales were also rolled out. In every piece, Design At Work kept an eye on friendly colors and shapes with a nod to gift-giving and special occasions.
