WORK.

A property tax protest company needed a campaign to highlight the advantages clients gain from engaging them.

Lane Property Tax Advocates

Lane Property Tax Advocates protests property taxes for individuals and companies. Gathering evidence, their team builds cases for reduction to present to appraisal districts across Texas. Recently celebrating their 10-year anniversary, Lane has continued to grow each year and came to Design At Work to help that trend continue.

To help Lane reach their goal, Design At Work created a new campaign to tell the Lane Property Tax Advocates story while sharing the themes of services offered and client focus that is second to none. The campaign, “Unburden Your Business.”, highlights the advantages and value Lane’s clients gain from engaging them. Design At Work also created a new, modern logo and anniversary seal.

To develop top-of-mind-awareness, Design At Work implemented an email marketing plan to connect with existing clients while targeting potential clients. Monthly eBlasts are sent with hot topics and tax season eBlasts are delivered with deadline reminders, both positioning Lane as the authority on property tax protest. Design At Work also developed a sales brochure that directs individuals to Lane’s new, SEO-friendly website that offers robust information about their services, the property tax appeal process and statewide commercial property tax news. Overseeing their social media presence, Design At Work consistently posts on social media to strengthen the new brand’s identity while enhancing client engagement.
