A medical cabinet manufacturer branching into a new industry needs an all-encompassing branding campaign for their ultraviolet disinfection technology.

Proximity Systems / UV-CLEAN: Healthcare Marketing

Proximity Systems turned to Design At Work to help launch their new ultraviolet disinfection device, UV-CLEAN. While Proximity is known for their American-made medical cabinets and workstations, they were branching into a new industry, medical technology. They needed an entire brand developed for UV-CLEAN, so Design At Work created “Say goodbye to HAIs”­ — a visually memorable campaign that highlighted how easily healthcare-acquired infection (HAI) could spread, as well as how perfect UV-CLEAN complemented existing cleaning protocols.

Brand guidelines were adhered to throughout the creation of marketing collateral from a robust product website and blog, to product data sheets and flyers. Digital ad campaigns with helpful content and downloadables were also launched to raise awareness and drive website traffic. Plus, the team managed multiple successful PR campaigns for subsequent product launches and company news. Design At Work also helped with email marketing, tradeshow pieces, advertisements and more, including stationery and business cards — all to solidify this new product in the market.

Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic forced a focus shift as other industries, including hospitality, retail and industrial, were in need of a reliable disinfection device to support their cleaning efforts. Design At Work helped Proximity quickly respond generalized sales collateral that spoke to their new, broader audience.
